31340 RhB MOW Car, X9034 Most railroads create track construction cars -- a.k.a., "maintenance-of-way" cars -- from older cars that have reached the end of their normal service life. As a result, the Rhätische Bahn has a few cars still in use that are more than 100 years old. The X9034 started as a passenger coach and was later converted to "MOW" use. This LGB model features authentic livery and lettering, plus the converted interior furnishings, shuttered windows and prototypical spoked wheels. Estimated delivery date: Sept 2006

31075 MtB Passenger Car The Murtalbahn uses both four-axle and short, two-axle passenger coaches, and since October 2004, one of the real-life, two-axle coaches has been decorated for LGB-The Big Train! The car is a symbol of the many close relationships between Ernst Paul Lehmann Patentwerk, the maker of LGB trains, and the real railroads you can model with LGB trains. Of course, we offer a replica of this beautiful coach, and we heartily recommend it for every LGB layout. Opening doors and interior seating.

31330 SBB Brunig Passenger Car, 2nd class This fascinating LGB model offers travel from a bygone era. In Europe, three-axle cars were once common, and this third class coach replicates one from Switzerland’s Brünigbahn. The rich livery of the model is matched by the fine detailing. The center axle can move, allowing the car to negotiate the smallest radius LGB track sections. Employ it on your layout together with the SBB Brünig HG 3/3 Rack Steam Loco (21470) and the SBB Brünig Baggage Car, 1511 (41330)

LGB of America announced that it will proceed with plans to produce its own G-scale trains and accessories. LGBoA also announced that its existing inventories of LGB products are generally very good and that it is working with many long-time LGB suppliers on its production efforts.
Our constant goal is to provide consumers with the quality LGB products they want, said Tony Castellano, President of LGB of America. We purchased a tremendous amount of LGB before production ended at Lehmann. We have already announced our new USRA 0-6-0 loco, and we plan to have fresh inventory before the start of the holiday selling season.
