First purchase. I bought the VW Beetle and Rolls Royce Phantom for my O scale layout. Size, appearance, quality, price, all 5 out of 5. Customer Service 10 out of 5. There was a "glitch" with my order. The day after placing my order I received a voicemail from an actual person. I called back and an actual person answered the phone and resolved the "glitch" in about 30 seconds and said "the order will ship tomorrow". The cars were on my layout two days later. I won't say I won't order from anyone else, but I'll always check Legacy Station first.

Exceptional customer service. Received my order and one of the tracks had a Lionel manufacturing defect. Brian at Legacy promptly sent out a replacement part and I received it a few days later. Happy with purchase, will suggest legacy to family and friend. Prices are completive amongst others online.
