This book is in excellent condition.
It is a hardcover first edition printing.
Comes from a smoke-free collector's home, very well taken care of.
Pages are very clean, we did not find any rips, folded over pages, or any other damage inside the book.
There is one "Ex Libris" tag on the front page, but it is small and could probably be removed.
There is one small damaged spot on the cover, near the bottom right corner as pictured.
It is very small, a bit less than a quarter of an inch.
Other than that, we could not find any other problems with the book.
This is an out of print book, it is becoming difficult to get a hold of.
