Model Train Engine O Scale Used Lionel 6-38640 Southern 4-6-2 Pacific TMCC - Weathered w/Box

An O-gauge steam locomotive from Lionel, 6-38640 Southern 4-6-2 Pacific #1317.  This is a Pre-Owned item, has been inspected.  There is no damage, scrapes, or rusting on locomotive.  Paint has been custom weathered (see photos).  This locomotive is tested and found to have a failing TMCC board. The board itself may need to be rewired in some way. The directional lights do not work. The chuffing works if you've reset the engine but can revert. The engine is a spotty runner with a low top speed. This item is stored in its original packaging.
