This O gauge post war operating accessory is in Good Condition from a smoke-free home/collection. The oil drums are not included. There are spots of rust at the top of the tower. There are some rough spots in the paint on the base. The hook's string is off of the pulley. The winch pulls the hook up, but the hook does not stay in position. This item is tested. The bubbling tube bubbles after a little time being heated up. The derrick arm does move, but it occasionally gets stuck in the up position and does not come down. Servicing is recommended.
