This is a previously owned and used Scintilla Dual Control Electrapack Senior DC Transformer.
It comes in its original box that is in pretty good shape for its age with some wear and discoloration.
Looking over the transformer the terminal screws are slightly corroded, but overall the unit is pretty clean with a few light scuffs and there is hardly any spots of rust.
All of the lettering is legible with little wear.
The cord is still in good shape with no dry rot and has no cracks.
We have tested the transformer and it works, but many of the voltage output readings measured with a voltmeter are higher than what is labled the terminal panel.
The unit also hums quite loudly when powered on.
Overall is a neat look transformer that would be great for those who enjoy these old power units.
