This O scale building is in Good Condition from a smoke-free home/collection. There are minimal minute marks on the building. The signal pole is missing. The luggage cart is missing two wheels and the yoke. The light in building is tested and shines when powered. This item is stored in its original packaging. The sticker/decal sheet is included.
