Nice looking building from the Heritage Village Collection from within Dickens' Village.
Released in 1988, and handpainted.
Comes from a smoke-free collector's home, very well taken care of.
Upon inspection, we could not find any cracks, chips, or other damage to the building.
Includes power cord with lightbulb, which has been tested and is working well.
Comes in original box, which has some slight discoloration from age.
Also has some slight scuffing and very minor folds around the edges, but is in good shape.
Overall a very nice addition to any Dickens' Village setup, or to blend in with other Department 56 buildings!
