Used Department 56 50245 Original Snow Village Cumberland House w/Box - Retired

This is a used Department 56 50245 Original Snow Village Cumberland House.
Is from a smoke free collector's home and comes in its original box.
Some light wear on the box but is overall in good shape.
Looking over the Cumberland House we noticed some slight crazing on the side of the house which barely can be seen in the photos.
There is also some light crazing on the bottom of the house, but the camera could not see those very well.
On the backside of the house there are a few nick/chips around the hole for the light to be placed.
Comes with a working light cord along with a Cumberland House tag.
Overall is a pretty nice looking Snow Village piece that is in very good condition and would make for a great addition to one's collection.
