Used Coca-Cola Town Square Collection 56209 City Hall w/Box

This is a previously owned and used Coca-Cola Town Square Collection 56209 City Hall.
Is from a smoke free collector's home and comes in its original box that has some shelf wear.
Looking over the City Hall there is a little bit of paint wear by the Coca-Cola sign and on the roof, please view the photos.
Other than that, is a great looking piece.
No cracks or breaks in the porcelain and has some colorfull paint work and signage.
Also includes as working light cord.
Overall is in very good condition and would be a nice piece to have in one's Coca-Cola Town Square Collection.
