Used Athearn Genesis G67211 Norfolk Southern SD45-2 #1704 DCC/Sound w/Box

This is a Used Athearn Genesis G67211 Norfolk Southern SD45-2 #1704.
Comes in the original box with little shelf wear and there is no manual.
Features a Tsunami digital sound decoder.
We have tried to test the model conventionally and it played sounds, but it did not run.
It is probably because it might be a DCC only model.
Part of the vent detailing on one of the sides has some nicks, please view the photos.
Other than that, is a pretty neat model.
Has some fine detailing and the lettering is excellent.
