Used Suydam 1579 ITS Class C Electric Locomotive - Non-Runner w/Box

This HO scale Illinois Terminal System brass Class C locomotive is in Very Good Condition in original packaging.  There are no missing parts, however the locomotive is a non-runner. The shell has spots of tarnish. This locomotive is stored in its original foam packaging and box. The box has minor shelf wear.
