This is a previously owned HO scale Builders In Scale Kit No.1 Weiry & Sons Well Drilling & Irrigation Co. building kit.
Kit comes in the original box with some wear and aging, along with the assembly instructions.
Appears to be like new as the kit was never assembled.
All of the parts seem to be there, but we do not know for sure.
Is over all pretty neat looking kit that would make for a great piece to have on one's layout or scene.
