Used Walthers HO 933-2800 Trackside Structure Set w/Box

This is a lightly used Walthers HO 933-2800 Trackside Structure Set.
Was previously owned by a smoke free collector.
The set comes in the original box that is in great shape with little wear.
Was opened before as the factory tape on an end flap is cut, but the set seems to be like new.
All of the buildings and accessory pieces are there with no noticeable damage.
It also has a decal sheet.
Overall, is a neat little set that would make for a great addition to one's HO layout.
