This is a Used Athearn HO 4038 Norfolk Southern #1095 Powered SW7 Diesel Switcher Calf.
It comes in the original box along with parts packet and a parts diagram.
Looking at the parts packet, it is taped closed.
Tried to open the packet to verify its contents, but it seems that it is still factory glued closed.
We believe that all of the parts are there in the packet, but we don't know for sure.
There is no noticeable damage on the model but there is a little wear on the wheels.
Tested and runs pretty well.
It also has a operating headlight.
Is a nice looking piece overall that would make for a great addition to one's HO switcher.
