This is a Used Athearn HO 96690 Sandersville SW1500 #1300.
Comes in the original box and there is no manual.
Tested and it runs well.
Both the front headlight and rear light blink.
The model is missing the window visors and both of the drop plates on the ends have come loose.
There is also some small drop of glue by the front radiators, please view the photos.
Still is a pretty neat looking model as the paint is done well with nice crisp lettering.
Run well and the level of detailing is quite nice.
