Used Bachmann 81610 HO Frisco USRA Light 4-8-2 Mountain Steam Engine (DCC Ready) w/Box

 This HO scale steam engine is in Excellent Condition from a smoke-free home/collection. There are no missing parts. There is minimal wear on the wheels. This item is tested. The headlight and firebox glow shine as intended. The engines runs with a little hesitation, and it is recommended that the engine be serviced and run in before any serious operations take place. This item is stored in its original packaging, which has one corner torn.

Designed by the USRA for service during WWI, the 4-8-2 Mountain proved to be equally at home in passenger and fast freight service.
 
Based on the Light version of the popular prototype, this ready-to-run model features excellent detail, including cab interior with glowing firebox, working headlight and many separately applied parts. The engine is DCC-ready, while a powerful can motor with flywheel provides plenty of pulling power. A hidden belt drive provides realistic see-through clearance between the boiler and frame.
