USED HO Scale Norfolk Southern EMD SD40-2 #3244 Weathered/DCC Ready

This is a Norfolk Southern SD40-2 of unknown origin. The locomotive has been renumbered and professionally weathered. The motor is wired for a DCC decoder, but none is in place. It is a non-runner presumably due to the lack of said decoder. One of the internal electric pickups is rusted.
