Model Train Engine O Scale Lionel 2046 Hudson 4-6-4 Steam Engine For Parts/Restoration

A Used Lionel 4-6-4 Hudson steam engine, Lionel Lines #2046.  Postwar vintage.  Does not run.  When power is applied, E-unit comes on, as does front headlight.  No response from motor.  Manually turning the wheels they feel stiff, or clogged.  Body shell is intact, moderate paint wear.  Pickup rollers and wheels are in good shape, rust-free.  Missing green jewels from the front, and possible a screw that holds cowcatcher on (front lower section hangs loose).  Wires that run the length have some warping.  No other missing pieces or visable damage.
