This is a used Williams O Gauge GP38-102 CSX GP38 Powered #2484.
Is from a smoke free collector's home and is in the original box with a little shelf wear.
There is no manual for the model.
Tested the model, runs well and the headlight works, but the horn did not work.
The paint and lettering is pretty good but there is a small scratch on one of the walk ways.
Other than that, there is no noticeable damage.
Has a nice level of molded-in detailing and has metal operating couplers.
Overall is a great looking model that runs well but the horn does not work.
