Lionel 6-29177 NYC Empire State Express 'Roosevelt' Observation Car LN w/Box

A Lionel passenger car, 6-29177 New York Central "Empire State Express" observation car "Franklin D. Roosevelt".  Like new, with little to no runtime, and comes in the original box.  No damage or rust, with a clean aluminum body.  Features die-cast sprung trucks, operating metal couplers, working (tested) interior lights, operating vestibules, and decorated passenger figures.  Wheels appear to have a heavy oil coating that's stained the packaging around the trucks.  Does appear to affect anything else.
