Used Lionel 6827 P&H Steam Shovel Flat Car No. 6827 (No Box) (Restoration Required)

This is a Used Lionel 6827 P&H Steam Shovel Flat Car No. 6827.
It does not have the original box and there is no manual.
The pieces that go on top of the cab are broken and seems to have been glued before.
It is also missing a wheel, please view photos.
The flat car is in great shape but is missing a stake on one side.
The car seems to be the original as it has the numbers 6424-11 on the bottom.
All of the lettering is very nice and legible.
Overall this is a still a neat piece that just needs some work.
