Used Lionel Type ZW Transformer 275 Watts (No Box)

This is a previously owned and used Lionel Type ZW Transformer.
There is no original box but it does have the operating manual that has some wear.
We have tested the transformer with a digital multi-meter and saw that there is a slight voltage leak of about 2-5V on each of the terminals when the throttles are in the OFF position.
Other than that, everything seems to be working.
The green power indicator lamp lights up but we did not test the overload.
The bulb itself for the overload works.
There are a few scuffs, nicks, and some sticker residue on the outside of the unit, please view the photos.
Power cord is in good shape with no cracks and no dry rot.
Took a look inside the transformer and noticed that the contact roller on the "A" control is missing.
Overall is still a pretty decent transformer with 275 watts of power that can control up to 4 trains independently.
