O Scale Model Train Vintage Postwar Lionel Box Cab Electric Locomotive #520 w/Box

A vintage postwar era Lionel 80-Ton Box Cab Electric, No. 520.  Has been tested.  Motor appears to be working, but E-unit is stuck in neutral, will not allow it to move.  Needs repair or used for parts.  Has original pantagraph.  Comes in an original box.  Box is labelef for the #55 'Tie-Jector" car, but has the cardboard insert for the #520 locomotive.  Either original owner mixed up boxes, or Lionel re-used the #55 box for the #520.  The plastic tabs on one end of the red body that hold it to the frame are broken off.  Body is held down by screw at opposite end.
