Used MTH 30-90184 Altoona Brewing Co. Brewery - O Scale w/Box

This is a previously owned and used MTH 30-90184 O scale Altoona Brewing Co. Brewery.
It comes in its original box that has a bit of wear and a few small tears.
There is a manual, some wires, and a two figures with some barrels.
The brewery itself appears to be in nice condition with little wear and no noticeable damage.
Has a great level of detailing with opening bay doors, features interior lights, and a operating fan driven smoke unit.
Tested and all of the lights as well as the smoke unit work great.
Overall is a pretty neat operating building that would make for an excellent addition to one's layout.
