Used MTH 20-5501-1 Pennsylvania GG-1 Tuscan 5-Stripe Proto-Sound 1.0 (Restoration Required)

This is a Used MTH 20-5501-1 Pennsylvania GG-1 Tuscan 5-Stripe with Proto-Sound 1.0.
The model comes in the original box that is in great shape with little wear.
Has the owner's manual and some spare traction tires.
There are a few small paint nicks on the roof but overall the paint and lettering is very nice.
The model has been tested and does not run.
We have tried to reset it with a MTH Z-4000, but the model would not reset.
It may have a sticky e-unit as there is a click sound, but the model still would not move.
The lights work and the proto-couplers have not been tested.
This is a proto-sound 1.0 model and would make for a great project for one to upgrade it to a proto-sound 3.0.
