MTH 30-9047 Green Country House Used with Box

From MTH Rail King, #30-9047, Green Country House with Dark Green Shutters.  Open box, but appears to not have been used, or if so, seen little use.  Shipping plastic protecting the roof and bottom is still in place.  Lights have been tested and work perfectly.  Box has light handling wear, but intact.  House is clean with no damage or faded paint.
