This is a used item from 2005. This product is fully tested. The searchlight rotates and lights up. The lights in the outbuildings and tower function. The fog horn appears to not function. There are some minor chips in the paint and a small corner of the roof is chipped. The box is in geat condition. The owner's manual is included. A Lionel number 90 controller and wire is included.
