O Scale Model Train Lionel Postwar 2245 Texas Special F3 A-B Set RUNNING No Box

A vintage postwar Lionel diesel locomotive, Texas Special #2245 A-B units.  Variation 'A', with a single horizontal worm drive motor in the A unit, B unit is non-powered.  In Excellent condition, with no damage to body or frame and rust free.  Interior light doesn't work and missing porthole windows on one side of A unit (B unit has all four porthole windows).  Features intact 'Frisco' and 'MKT' decals on each side of the nose, though yellowed with age.  Horn untested.  Also features Magnetraction and a working (tested) electronic coupler on the front nose of the A unit.  All other couplers are solid non-opening.  When tested, it runs well, E-unit cycles between forward-neutral-reverse.  Sounds a tad dry, recommend fresh grease and oil before operating.
