Lionel Postwar No. 445 Switch Tower WORKING No Box

A vintage postwar Lionel No. 445 Switch Tower.  No damage or rust, and out of box.  Has been tested and is working.  Figure on the stairs is a bit sluggish, needs to be oiled.  Motor works normally.  Features working light inside tower.
