Marx No. 309 Transformer 20 Watts 115 Volts AC WORKING

A Used Louis Marx & Co.  Toy Transformer, #309.  Has been tested and is working.  Output was 15-17 volts.  No damage to body, light paint wear and just a touch of rust.  Power contact posts are clean and rust-free.  Power cable is very stiff, has started showing cracking signs.
